Turn more website visits into real estate conversations.
The TIERS Real Estate Sales Engine connects your website, lead capture, customer relationship management, and follow-up around one goal: helping agents, teams, and brokerages turn qualified interest into appointments and sales opportunities.
More traffic only helps when the next step works.
A visitor may want a showing, a seller consultation, or an answer before speaking with an agent. TIERS designs clear paths for those needs and connects each inquiry to an accountable person and a useful next action.
That means fewer disconnected inboxes, better context for follow-up, and a clearer view of where opportunities stall. The opportunity is to improve capture, response, and conversion together, not simply add a chatbot.
Availability: Website and CRM engagements can be scoped now. TIERS Intelligence Platform-assisted intake is a planned, separately gated capability, not a publicly available production feature. Any deployment depends on validated integrations, security and privacy review, and explicit release approval.
Know what to fix before buying more software.
We can scope a focused review of your public website, inquiry paths, CRM handoffs, response ownership, and measurement gaps. The proposed deliverable is a prioritized action summary: the friction found, recommended changes, a responsible owner for each next step, and the checks needed before launch.
Bring your website URL, markets, team size, current tools, and high-level goals. Do not send passwords, client records, or transaction files. Review scope, access, fees, and delivery timing are agreed before work begins; this is not an automatic free audit or a security certification.

Revised September 6, 2026: six overview pages plus two budgeting/reference pages. New-site and existing-site options describe proposed services, not a customer result or forecast. Budget ranges and delivery windows are non-binding; third-party access, costs, and TIERS Intelligence Platform release approval remain separate.
Keep what works. Connect what is missing.
A new website is not always the right answer. Review ownership, portability, licensed tools, and the inquiry process before deciding what to change.
Improve your current setup.
Keep your website and hosting. Scope supported CRM handoffs, inquiry forms, reporting, and follow-up. Assess a future TIERS Intelligence Platform connection only where the existing platform allows it.
Plan a controlled handover.
Move an eligible, portable site into agreed TIERS-managed hosting or support after checking export rights, code, plugins, licenses, and costs. Domain transfer and email migration are separate decisions, not automatic parts of moving the website.
Change only what is needed.
Retain useful content and branding while fixing the pages or platform that block progress. Preserve important URLs or map redirects. Restricted hosted platforms may require a partial or full rebuild rather than a direct transfer.
Before any transfer: agree an assessment-led quote, record a restorable backup, validate the replacement on staging, test forms and CRM handoffs, and obtain explicit cutover approval. Keep the existing service available for the agreed rollback window. Do not cancel hosting or change DNS/email settings as an unreviewed step.
TIERS Intelligence Platform is separate: keeping or transferring a site does not include or activate TIERS Intelligence Platform. A future connection depends on compatibility, supported integrations, security and privacy review, separately agreed pricing, and explicit release approval. Ordinary contact options must remain available.
One connected process, with a person responsible at every handoff.
Attract the right visitors
Build useful local content, clear service pages, and campaign landing pages around the markets and transactions your team actually serves.
Capture intent
Offer property inquiries, showing requests, seller consultations, and scheduling. Where licensed property-search tools support them, connect saved searches and listing inquiries.
Keep the context
Plan source attribution, buyer or seller intent, timeline, relevant property context, and communication preferences so the agent does not start the conversation from zero.
Route and respond
Configure duplicate prevention, ownership, alerts, and an agreed response standard in the chosen CRM. Escalate unanswered inquiries instead of relying on someone noticing an inbox.
Support the appointment
Connect approved scheduling, reminders, and consent-based follow-up. Keep agent judgment central to advice, representation, pricing, and negotiation.
Measure the outcome
Compare sources by qualified conversations, appointments set and held, and closed transactions. Improve the weakest step before simply buying more traffic.
Built for buyers, sellers, and long-term relationships.
Make the next step clear.
Connect approved property search, inquiry capture, tour requests, and agent handoff. Preserve the property and timeline context that makes a conversation useful.
Start with a consultation.
Use seller resources and focused consultation requests to understand goals and timing. An agent handles valuation, pricing strategy, and representation.
Stay useful after closing.
Plan permission-based check-ins, relevant market education, review invitations, and referrals without treating every relationship like a new cold lead.
A helpful first conversation, with an agent in control.
The TIERS Intelligence Platform is a planned website assistant that uses artificial intelligence to help people take the next step. On an approved deployment, it could answer reviewed business questions, collect a visitor's request and preferred contact method, and organize that information for an agent. The aim is less time sorting inquiries for the team and a clearer path to help for buyers and sellers.
Connections to customer management software, calendars, and licensed property listings are separately scoped and tested, not assumed built-in capabilities. A normal consultation path must remain available when the assistant is unavailable or a visitor prefers a person.
The assistant must not invent property facts, provide legal or financial advice, make representation decisions, or steer customers based on protected characteristics. Sensitive documents, financial records, identification, and credentials do not belong in public chat or inquiry fields.
Useful for the customer. Useful for the agent.
These show proposed behavior, not a live demonstration or proven customer result. Each connection needs testing and approval. No message, booking, or customer record is created here.
A clearer showing request.
A buyer asks, “Can I arrange a showing this weekend?” The assistant could explain the approved request process and collect timing and contact preferences. The buyer knows the next step; the agent receives a summary and confirms property availability and the showing.
A prepared first conversation.
A homeowner says, “I may sell in three months. Where do I start?” The assistant could explain how to request a listing consultation and summarize the seller's goals. The seller gets a clear path forward; the agent can prepare instead of repeating basic questions.
Less sorting. More context.
With a tested customer-management connection, the agent could receive the request, stated timeline, and preferred contact method together. Approved reminders can support follow-up. The agent still verifies facts, gives advice, and confirms the next step.
Choose the right CRM and approved property tools.
TIERS can scope the workflow around HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, or an appropriate existing CRM after reviewing account access, supported integrations, licensing, and team adoption. The plan defines one system of record, ownership rules, consent handling, and duplicate controls before synchronization is enabled.
Listing displays and property-search features depend on licensed feeds and vendor permissions. Follow Up Boss activity coverage varies by website provider. IDX Broker's standard API is not a general MLS listing-data download. Zillow connections require the applicable approved product, feed, or partner access; this offering does not include scraping.

A scorecard your team can act on.
Use your own baseline, consistent definitions, and an agreed reporting period. Traffic alone is not evidence of increased sales.
Capture: visitor-to-inquiry conversion and valid, contactable leads.
Response: time to first human response and inquiries awaiting an owner.
Appointments: qualified conversations, appointments booked, and appointments held.
Sales: closed transactions and attributable revenue, with marketing and operating costs considered separately.
No increase in leads, appointments, sales, or revenue is guaranteed. Results depend on traffic quality, inventory, market conditions, consent, team response, and adoption. Illustrative planning models are not forecasts or case-study results.

Review these rates alongside median time to first human response, unassigned inquiries, and your agreed follow-up standard. A blank input is not zero; a zero denominator has no rate. These are observed cohort ratios, not a forecast or a causal claim about the website.
A phased engagement with clear release decisions.
Map and connect.
Review the website, audience, CRM, licensed data access, consent language, response process, and measurement baseline. Fix the existing inquiry path first.
Test the handoffs.
Validate synthetic inquiries, duplicate prevention, failed delivery, agent alerts, opt-outs, and mobile usability. Introduce TIERS Intelligence Platform only after its separate release gates pass.
Learn from real outcomes.
Review conversion and missed follow-up, adjust the approved workflow, and expand only when the evidence supports it. Set an owner for ongoing maintenance.
Scope, delivery dates, implementation fees, managed support, and third-party costs are agreed in a written proposal. Housing advertising, outreach, privacy, and automated behavior require the appropriate business, vendor, and legal review before activation.
A smaller starting point: the proposed Agent Launch option uses an existing platform, one CRM, agreed page/workflow limits, and handoff training. Its non-binding planning range is $3,500-$6,500 setup with optional $250-$495/month support; delivery capacity and final scope must be confirmed before quoting. Bespoke AI development, TIERS Intelligence Platform, software subscriptions, and advertising are not included. Transfer and connection work receive their own assessment-led quote, not an automatic new-build charge.
Know what you are buying: basic website support is separate from managed growth work. Each proposal defines included change hours, check/reporting cadence, support hours, response targets, software costs, domain/content/account ownership, license restrictions, cancellation, and export/handoff terms. No unlimited development or guaranteed increase in sales is implied.
Bring your current website. Leave with a clearer next step.
Tell us your markets, team size, lead sources, current CRM, and where follow-up is breaking down. Keep client and transaction details out of the initial inquiry.
