Acceptance

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Stop using the site if you do not agree. These terms apply to the public website; accepted professional services are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or other engagement documentation.

Informational website only

Lawful and authorized use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not request, facilitate, or submit information relating to unauthorized access, covert device compromise, unlawful surveillance, improper credential use, evidence tampering, rights violations, or any activity for which you lack authority. Do not send information you are prohibited from disclosing.

Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with site operation; attempt to bypass security; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest information in a manner that burdens the site or violates law; impersonate another person; submit false authority representations; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use content to misrepresent TIERS Group’s capabilities, relationships, or endorsement.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, marks, downloadable materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to TIERS Group unless stated otherwise. You may view and make reasonable internal business use of public content. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative commercial materials without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to or integrate with WordPress, WP Engine, HubSpot, Shopify, analytics, security, email, social, or other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and policies. TIERS Group does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices.

Future store

Any future TIERS Group store will be subject to separate product, payment, shipping, return, warranty, end-user, jurisdiction, export, and acceptable-use terms. Display of a product will not guarantee eligibility to purchase it. Certain technical items may require identity, end-use, authority, destination, or other review and may not be available in all jurisdictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TIERS Group does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Changes and severability

TIERS Group may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
